What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

At Salon CLK, we have set aside your appointment time to focus exclusively on you, and we always look forward to providing unique, personalized service to our valued clients. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you call or text at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to reschedule you with your preferred stylist at a more convenient time for you. Appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. We do understand there may be extenuating circumstances that impact your appointment times, and we will do our best to extend courtesy for emergency situations that will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service price. A credit card is required to book all services, and will be kept on file for future appointments.

Are Consultations Required For Services?

Yes, if you are booking a service that requires extensive time and effort, such as all-over color transformations, unique color projects, color correction, and creative color services, an initial consultation is required to determine booking time and accurate pricing. Consultations for other services are not required, but may be made upon request.

When your booking request is made, we may ask for a picture of your current hair or inspirational pictures that showcase your optimal results, in order to ensure you are matched with the perfect stylist to achieve the look you desire.

Do You Have Dedicated Covid Protocols In Place?

Yes, and even long after the pandemic is over, the safety and comfort of our guests will remain a top priority. Our commitment to cleanliness includes proactive measures such as sanitizing chairs and stations between appointments, and serving our clients with a clean cape and disinfected tools. We are proud to closely follow all safety protocols that are established by the State of Georgia, the State Department of Health, and the CDC, and will continue to ensure our clients feel safe and secure while visiting our salon.

Do You Offer Adjustments?

At Salon CLK, we want you to LOVE your hair, and to be excited beyond belief when you look in the mirror each morning. We understand there may be times when something feels off to you, or doesn’t quite fit the vision you had in your mind, and we always encourage open communication between our clients and our stylists throughout the process. But if you get home and realize that the results weren’t quite what you expected, we are always happy to make it right. We’ll work together on a plan to correct the problem – and soon you’ll be walking out of our salon 100% in love with your captivating hair!
